For me it is important to explore life with both a scientific and creative lens. Below you can find some activities I enjoy!

Volunteering

I taught Math, Science and English to primary and middle school students in an impoverished area in Delhi, as part of a summer outreach program.

I led the student fundraising team responsible for collecting public donations.

Singing

I have a diploma in the North Indian classical form of singing. I enjoy singing in languages that I know (and don't know).

Recent Books I Loved

I started reading this book to understand the social isolation faced by the elderly, and ended up realizing how disconnected today's society is.

This book was eye-opening and in fact, frustrating to read. Brilliant book that showcases the real ramifications of being "ignored" as the second sex.

A very unique book that offers an oral historian's view of the partition in the Indian subcontinent through the lens of objects.
