I am a PhD candidate in Operations Management at Georgia Tech, advised by Dr. Basak Kalkanci and Dr. Ravi Subramanian. My current research focuses on enhancing service quality and social welfare in Non-Profit Organizations.
I am fascinated by the operations of managing a "charitable" workforce of volunteers. In my dissertation, I look at:
Developing strategic interventions to match volunteer efforts and beneficiary needs.
Exploring the interplay between volunteering and donation decision-making by individuals.
